This is a produce dominated cookbook. It is a wonderful resource to begin a journey of eating gluten, dairy, and soy free as well as relying on healthy fruits, vegetables and pasture raised meats. For those new to the diet, this is a wonderful way to focus on many delicious foods that you can have, instead of focusing on those that you can't. The first half of this book is chalked full of information supporting this healthy way to eat. The second half is wonderful recipes to bring the diet to your home.
